Banana, Blackcurrant and Coconut Milk Smoothie
Anyone who has blackcurrants should use them because they are a real treasure trove of vitamins. These fruits are delicious not only in cakes or jam, but also in cocktails.
Banana, Blackcurrant and Coconut Milk Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 servings:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blackcurrants
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk (I used homemade milk - click here)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into glasses and garnish with fruit if desired.
