Spring salad with rainbow trout, corn salad and sesame seeds

I have a breath of spring and freshness on my plate. If it is appropriate to use the word "breezy" when it comes to home insulation. Like most of society, I am limiting any outdoor activities in the current situation. Although the weather is increasingly encouraging walks. All that remains for me is to console myself with spring on my plate... And what good is on it? Radishes, cucumbers, smoked fish...

  • a few radishes
  • 1 small green cucumber
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame

  • a few sprigs of dill

Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Cut the radishes into half-slices. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan. Spread the arugula on a platter and arrange the vegetables on it. Arrange the trout pieces on top.
In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix them thoroughly. For the finished dressing over the salad just before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with dill.
