  • What is spaghetti bolognese?

Spaghetti Bolognese (also known as Spaghetti alla Bolognese) is a literal pasta dish that coats thin ribbons of spaghetti with a thick, rich ragu bolognese (meat sauce).

It's usually the most simple and classic dish that most Italian restaurants offer and it's the dish you want when you're just looking for the pure, great taste of spaghetti .
 
Spaghetti Bolognese

  •  Ingredients : 

+35g minced meat (I used pork and beef)
1: onion
+2: garlic cloves
+1: large carrot
+1: can of tomatoes
+2: tablespoons tomato paste
Salt, pepper, sugar, basil and oregano

+About 400 grams of spaghetti

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions in it. Then add carrots and garlic and fry for a while until the onions turn golden. Then add the meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry over medium heat. Pour in the canned tomatoes and add the tomato paste. Mix the sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until all the ingredients are combined, the meat and carrots are soft and the sauce is thick. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and dried or fresh herbs.
